We aim to help build an international community concerned with and committed to initiating high-level research and supporting evidence-based decision-making, in order to bring about a continuous improvement process in the provision of integrated health and social care to the individual. This will ultimately be reflected in a better patient experience, improved health outcomes and cost-effective delivery of services. We find it very exciting to share knowledge of how to achieve these triple aims, and feel that we can accelerate change towards sustainable and value-based healthcare services. With a new connected world in mind, we can create the healthcare of our dreams.
