The Triple Aim
Those who pursue the Triple Aim objectives are able to bring about better care and better health at lower costs. These three aims are equally important and interconnected. In the practice of healthcare, the Triple Aim objectives centre around appropriate care from which (groups of) patients can actually benefit. Using the Triple Aim, healthcare organizations and networks can improve health at the same costs or less.
